Special Packages

If you would like us to provide assessments on a more frequent basis or if you have a special service request, we will personalize a package to meet your needs.  We have been asked to provide additional services by other clients.  Some examples are listed below.

Issue Resolution:
Regardless of the Package you select, ForeverCare Associates  will develop a plan of action to address every issue discovered during our assessment and assist you in implementing the plan upon your request.

Note:  Domestic airline travel (Business Class) / International travel (First Class)

Additional Services Available:

Forever Care Associates (FCA) has been retained to assist in a variety of special circumstances such as:

Developing a system to eliminate a family member from constantly harassing an elderly family member for financial support.  (FCA retained by daughter)

Conducting periodic assessments of a mentally disabled adult residing outside the home of the parent (FCA retained by a terminally ill father)

Developing a monitoring system to assist an elderly client in her financial matters while still maintaining her independence (FCA retained by daughter)

Conducting periodic assessments of an elderly individual that has caregivers providing care to them in their home. (FCA retained by niece)

Future assessments of an individual when/if she becomes incapable of taking care of herself. (Hired in advance by a senior citizen for FCA to monitor her once she moves to a nursing home or has a live-in caretaker).
