CONFIDENTIALITY

Due to the affluence of most of the clients of ForeverCare Associates, we guarantee the highest level of confidentiality.  We understand the need for strict confidentiality and will provide a written non-disclosure guarantee that ForeverCare Associates will not reveal any information relating to the services we provide on your behalf, or the names of any of our clients.

DISCREETNESS

ForeverCare Associates representatives can provide most services without the loved one you are concerned about even knowing.  For example:  you may not want your loved one to know that they are being checked on by a professional company.  In these instances, we will ask you to simply let your loved one know that a "friend" will be coming by to visit them.  If you do not want the nursing home or assisted living facility to know about our purpose, we would simply inform the facility that we are a friend of thefamily.

REFERENCES

ForeverCare Associates representatives can not disclose the names of clients without their consent.  However, upon request we will provide letters of recommendation from current clients that have agreed to serve as references.  Special requests to speak with ForeverCare Associates clients who have agreed to be references will be granted.

SECURITY

Upon request, detailed personal information of ForeverCare Associates representatives will be made available.  Also available is a criminal history report reflecting that no ForeverCare Associates representative has ever had any criminal history of any kind.

INSURANCE

ForeverCare Associates maintains liability insurance on all of our representatives.  In addition,  every ForeverCare Associates representative is bonded.
